"Smart features are more annoying than helpful"
I bought a JennAir because I figured the smart features would actually make life easier, they really haven’t. The app disconnects more than I expected and the notifications usually show up late, so it kind of defeats the purpose. Setup also took way longer than it should have. The appliance itself works fine, but for the price, the smart stuff feels unfinished

"Finding parts is basically impossible"
I swear, trying to get parts for this thing has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I check, they’re never available anywhere, and it feels like I’m hunting for some rare artifact instead of a basic replacement part. Super frustrating.

"Still holding up really well"
I bought my JennAir fridge and cooktop a few years ago, they’ve both just been quietly great. Which sounds boring, I know, but with appliances boring is kind of the dream.
The fridge keeps temperature way better than the one we had before, and I haven’t had any of those annoying mystery issues or sudden breakdowns. The cooktop gets used almost every day too, sometimes just for coffee water, sometimes actual cooking, and it still looks good and works like it should.
I don’t usually think to review stuff unless something goes wrong, but that’s sort of the point here. Nothing has gone wrong. I’d buy from JennAir again.

"Pretty easy site to use, though a bit slow"
I used jennair.com to look for a new wall oven, and overall it was easy to get around. The filters were helpful, and the product pages had most of the info I needed without making me dig all over the place.

The main reason I’m giving 4 stars is that a few pages loaded slowly on my phone, and comparing models could definitely be smoother. It was a little frustrating, so I’d expect some kind of apology or at least acknowledgment from the site team, but overall I did find what I needed

"Install was fine, just took a bit"
The install ended up taking longer than I thought it would, and I did have that moment of, okay, is this going to be a whole thing? But in the end, it got done and everything seems to be working fine now

"Repair service turned into a whole mess"
I waited about two weeks for a tech to come out, and then when he finally showed up, he didn’t even have the part for it. He said something about following up, but I never got a call back or anything like that. JennAir support just kept transferring me around, and no one really seemed to know what was going on. The appliance is still broken, and this whole thing has been really frustrating.

"Pretty efficient, but setup was a bit annoying"
I’ve had my JennAir fridge for a few months now, and overall I’m happy with it. It seems to be really good on energy use since my electric bill hasn’t gone up the way I thought it might. It’s also nice and quiet, which I definitely appreciate. That said, I wasn’t thrilled with the setup guide, it was more confusing than it needed to be. So I like the fridge so far, but the getting-started part could’ve been smoother.

"We got a jennair appliance a few..."
We got a jennair appliance a few months back it just feels solid. The doors have some weight to them, the knobs don’t feel flimsy, and everything seems lined up the way it should be. Compared to our last one, it’s a big step up. No rattling or weird loose bits so far, which I appreciate. So yeah, happy with it

For the most part, it wipes down just fine and doesn’t take much effort. But the grates definitely need some scrubbing, which gets old fast when you just want to be done cleaning.

"Stylish and Worth It Overall"
I ordered from jennair.com mainly because I loved how the appliances looked, they do make the kitchen feel more upscale. The design is clean and modern without being too over-the-top, which I really appreciate. For the price, I do think they look and feel like a good value if you care about style. My only complaint is that some of the finishes pick up fingerprints more than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, but a little annoying. Overall, I’m happy with them.

"Pretty quiet most of the time"
I’ve been using it for a bit now and it’s quiet overall, like most of the time I barely notice it’s even running unless the room is totally silent and then I might hear this little soft hum now and then, but it’s nothing annoying or distracting and I kind of forget about it after a minute...

"The website keeps slowing me down"
I’ve been trying to find the parts I need, but the website makes it harder than it should be. Some pages take a while to load (not forever, but long enough to get annoying), and finding specific parts isn’t very straightforward. It just slows down the whole process more than I expected

I wasn’t expecting much, but ordering turned out to be really easy. Checkout went through without any issues, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I guess I can’t really complain.

"Okay delivery, but late and beat up"
It showed up later than expected, and the box was dented when it arrived. Not the worst delivery ever, but definitely not great either. Kind of feels like the service works when it wants to.

"Warranty Was More Trouble Than Help"
I thought the warranty would make things easier, but it barely covered anything. I still had to pay for what felt like a basic repair, and getting answers took way more effort than it should have. Not really worth the hassle

So... I’ve always thought of jennair as a solid brand, so I went in expecting a little more confidence than I ended up feeling. The website looks nice and the products definitely give off that high-end vibe, but once I started looking at reviews and support info, I wasn’t completely sure. It’s not a bad impression at all, I’m just not 100% convinced yet...

"I reached out to JennAir support..."
I reached out to JennAir support twice about a problem with my appliance, and it’s been really slow getting anywhere. When I finally did get a reply, it felt like a copy-and-paste response that didn’t actually answer my question. I’ve been waiting for days now with no real update, which is frustrating for a brand this expensive. the whole thing feels avoidable if they just communicated a little better.
